2026 Squad Announcement

Last week we hosted the 2026 Annual NZMOC Training Camp, which was a great success. Michael did a fantastic job as camp director, and the students all had a lot of fun and got a lot out of it. Thank you to the generous sponsorship of Jane Street and the Ministry of Education. I am very proud of all the students, as even getting to the camp is a fantastic achievement.

New Zealand’s training squad for the 2026 International Mathematical Olympiad was announced on Friday evening. The final team of six to travel to Shanghai, China in July 2026 will be decided in April.

The 2026 New Zealand Maths Olympiad Squad members are:
