2022 IMO Results
Here are the results for New Zealand at the 2022 International Mathematical Olympiad, held in Oslo, Norway. We brought home one silver medal and five honourable mentions. New Zealand was ranked 58th of 107 countries, with a total score of 104.
2022 was an interesting year, being the first time in 3 years that the team actually got to travel for the competition. However, it was even more interesting for James who, running into difficulty on the day we were meant to travel, competed in Mongolia instead of Norway.
